WHS Student Council currently serves as an active member in District 4 and is a former State Parliamentarian School of the Texas Association of Student Councils. We are a sweepstakes council devoted to creating a positive impact at the local, district and state level.

The children and families in the Texas foster system are an incredibly under served community. And this pandemic makes their situation worse as many courts have been closed; resources are more difficult to access; and families are struggling financially and emotionally. Foster Care is the perfect candidate for the TASC State Service Project.
