Are you interested in serving on the 2026 Grant Application Review Board? This is a once-a-year commitment of 10-12 hours between the months of May and June (although you are welcome to serve again). Please submit your name and contact information through the form below.
Anyone who serves on the board of, or has been employed by, a grant applicant can still serve on the Review Board but will need to recuse themselves during the discussion of that grant. Review board members will be expected to attend the orientation meeting and the consensus meeting as well as to be able to commit the time to review all applications between the two meetings. Please verify you are available on the dates and times below before completing the application.
Review Board Meeting Dates
May 4, 2026 @ 5:30 pm – online committee orientation (60 minute meeting)
May 11-29, 2026: Application review (typically takes 5-8 hours total)
June 1, 2026 @ 5:30 pm: In person consensus meeting to determine funding and allocation (allow 2-3 hours)
June 5, 2026 @ 5:30 pm: Process debrief (optional attendance)
