3.1. Initial assesment
In our eTwinning project, the first questionnaires were a wonderful way to lay the groundwork for a meaningful and enjoyable collaboration. By listening to the voices of students, teachers, and parents, we better understoond everyone’s hopes, experiences, needs and interests. By bringing together all these insights, we designed activities that really spoke to the needs of our community, making our project more meaningful for everyone.
3.2. Mid-term evaluation
The mid-term evaluation was a crucial checkpoint in our eTwinning project. This evaluation helped us analyze key aspects such as:
Project Progress: have we met our initial goals and deadlines?
Collaboration Quality: how did students and teachers work together?
Engagement Levels: were all participants actively involved and motivated?
Having identified both our successes and challenges, we made necessary adjustments. This feedback was essential for improving our project's outcomes and ensuring a positive and productive experience for everyone involved. Ultimately, it helped us strengthen our collaboration and achieve our goals more effectively in the second half of the project.
3.3. Final evaluation
A final evaluation at the end of an eTwinning project was a crucial step to measure its overall success. It was our chance to look back and assess everything we've done.
This process determined if the project achieved its goals, analyzed its impact on students and teachers, and measured stakeholder satisfaction. We identified what worked well and where we can improve for future collaborations.
By analyzing our outcomes and how we used our resources, we celebrated our achievements, learned from our challenges and ensured a more effective approach to all our future projects.
