WHAT DUCK: PATH PUZZLE (“What Duck,” “we,” “our,” or “the app”) is a mobile puzzle game developed by Gary Michael Kemp.
We respect your privacy and aim to be transparent about the information that may be collected when you use the app.
Information We Collect
What Duck does not require users to create an account and we do not directly collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location through the game.
The app uses third-party advertising services, including Unity LevelPlay and advertising partners made available through LevelPlay. These services may collect certain information automatically in connection with advertising, including:
Device identifiers, including advertising identifiers where permitted
Information about advertisements shown or interacted with
App and device information
Product interaction or usage information
Performance information used in connection with advertising services
Unity currently identifies Device ID, Product Interaction, Advertising Data, and Performance Data as data that may be collected through LevelPlay for third-party advertising purposes. Device ID may also be used for tracking where the user has granted permission.
App Tracking Transparency
On supported Apple devices, What Duck may ask for permission to allow tracking through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework.
You may choose Ask App Not to Track. The game remains playable if you decline.
You can later change tracking permission in:
iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
Advertising
What Duck contains rewarded advertisements and interstitial advertisements. Advertising services may use information collected through the app to deliver, measure, secure, and improve advertising.
Third-party advertising providers may process information according to their own privacy policies.
Children
What Duck is not intended to knowingly collect personal information directly from children. The app does not provide account creation, social networking, chat, or user-generated content features.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information directly.
Information collected by advertising SDKs may be processed or shared by those providers and their advertising partners for purposes such as displaying advertisements, measuring advertising performance, fraud prevention, and operating their services.
Data Retention and Deletion
What Duck does not maintain user accounts or a developer-operated database containing personal profiles.
Data collected by third-party advertising providers is retained and deleted according to those providers’ applicable policies and legal requirements.
