PRIVACY POLICY — NIGHT SHIFT: PACK & SHIP
Last updated: September 28, 2026
Night Shift: Pack & Ship is developed and operated by Gary Michael Kemp. This policy explains how information is handled when you play the game or contact support.
GAME PROGRESS
The game does not require a player account. It saves information on your device to operate the game, including level progress, stars, credits, lives and refill times, cosmetic selections, settings, and purchase ownership status. This saved progress is not a public profile. Device backup services may also retain app data according to your device settings.
ADVERTISING
The game offers optional rewarded ads and may show automatic ads at breaks after completed shifts. It uses Unity LevelPlay for ad mediation. Advertising partners included in the game's advertising setup are ironSource and Unity Ads. Ad availability varies by location, settings, and partner availability.
Advertising services may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers when permitted, IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them, app and device details, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic information. Uses include ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and personalization where permitted.
These providers may disclose information to their service providers and advertising partners and process it outside your country. Unity's policy, which covers relevant Unity and ironSource services, explains their data practices, retention, international transfers, and privacy controls:

PURCHASES
In-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store using Unity In-App Purchasing. Apple and Unity may process purchase and transaction records to operate their purchase services. The game uses product and transaction information to provide, verify, and restore purchased features. We do not receive your full payment-card details or Apple Account password.
Remove Automatic Ads is a one-time purchase that removes automatic advertisements. Optional rewarded ads remain available. Choosing to watch a rewarded ad can still involve the advertising data processing described above.

PRIVACY CHOICES
The game uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to check which privacy messages apply, display those messages, and store or update your choices. Google may process app and device information, IP address, and consent records to provide this service. Its privacy policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Where applicable, privacy messages let you accept, decline, or manage advertising choices. Declining optional advertising consent or Apple's tracking permission does not prevent you from playing. Your choices can affect advertising and rewarded-ad availability. Non-personalized advertising can still involve data processing.
Tracking across other companies' apps or websites requires permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency system on supported devices. Apple's tracking prompt is separate from other advertising consent choices.
When additional privacy controls apply, open the game's Settings > Privacy Choices to review or change them. If the initial privacy check fails, the game does not start its advertising service; you can continue playing.
If advertising has already started, reopening Privacy Choices pauses further in-game ad requests and displays until you fully close and reopen the app. Your choices are then checked again. This pause does not delete information already collected by a provider or end every background operation of an already-started service.
The game is configured to send LevelPlay's do-not-sell-or-share signal for all players. This signal does not mean all advertising-related collection stops. Partner handling and any additional privacy choices are described in their policies.
You can manage Apple's tracking permissions in iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. This system setting is separate from any consent or privacy choices offered by the game or an advertising provider.
You may skip optional rewarded ads and contact us about privacy questions or requests. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain advertising uses. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. You may also have a right to complain to a data protection authority. Contact us using the address below about information we control; the linked provider policies explain requests concerning information those providers control.
SUPPORT
If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide, such as your device model, game version, description of a problem, or screenshots. We use this information to respond, troubleshoot, and handle your request. Please avoid sending passwords or payment-card details.
Our support website and email are provided through Google services, which process information under Google's privacy policy:
https://policies.google.com/privacy
RETENTION AND DELETION
Local game data remains on your device until it is reset or removed. Removing the app does not automatically delete information already held by Apple, Google, or advertising providers, or data in device backups.
We retain support correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to address requests, maintain relevant records, and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of information under our control by contacting us. Third-party providers apply their own retention rules and privacy request procedures; we will help identify the relevant provider when needed.
CHILDREN
Night Shift: Pack & Ship is intended for a general audience. It does not offer player accounts, chat, or public user-generated content. We do not ask children to submit personal information to us. If you believe a child has provided personal information through support, please contact us so we can address it. Advertising-related collection is described above and is subject to applicable age and privacy requirements.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy when the game or its data practices change. We will post the updated policy here and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
