Anyone can submit an abstract for presentation of a talk. But there will be a selection based on quality and harmony to the spirit of the event.
(6) Can I present a joint talk together with a friend?
Joint talks are welcome. But note that someone can present only one talk. However X and Y can have two joint talks. One presented by X, the other one by Y.
