The following form  MUST be filled out before the student comes to the first clinic.

A video will be released for students to learn everything that will be used at the clinics.  Students are expected to use the video to learn a routine before the first clinic, and they will receive pointers and tips while at the clinics to help them during the tryout. 

Clinics and tryouts will take place in the Student Recreation and Wellness Center.  Enter through the main doors in front of WGH. Dress for both clinics is t-shirts, leggings, and jazz shoes if you have it (no baggy clothing). Dress for tryouts will be communicated during the clinics.  

You must provide your own baton for the clinics and tryout.
