The West Fargo Education Association (WFEA) Executive Board works to represent, support, and advocate for our members across the district. Our board members are fellow WFEA members who volunteer their time to help strengthen our association and ensure that our members have a voice.
Executive Board members are actively involved in the work of our association throughout the school year. Board members:
Attend monthly building representative meetings to stay connected with members and building-level concerns.
Participate in monthly WFEA Executive Board meetings to discuss association business, member needs, and upcoming initiatives.
Meet monthly with district administration to communicate member concerns, discuss district issues, and work collaboratively on matters that affect our members.
Help provide information, resources, and support to WFEA members.
Work together to advocate for the interests of educators and staff across West Fargo Public Schools.
Executive Board members receive a stipend for the time and responsibilities associated with their WFEA roles.
Your building representative is your first point of contact. They are a great resource for questions, concerns, or information about WFEA and can help connect you with the appropriate resources or members of the Executive Board when needed.
If you’re building representative isn't available or you would prefer to contact the Executive Board directly, you can email:
📧 wfeaboard@gmail.com
A member of the Executive Board will follow up with you.
We’re here to support our members, make sure your voice is heard, and help you find the information and resources you need.
