Your building representative is a great first point of contact and can help guide you to the appropriate resources or next steps.

If you are uncomfortable submitting the form or would prefer to speak with someone directly, please contact a WFEA Executive Board member.

WFEA has three Member Rights Representatives available to support you with more serious concerns that may require additional assistance beyond what your building representative can provide. They are also available if you have a confidential concern you would prefer not to share with your building representative.
You don't have to navigate difficult situations alone. Our Member Rights Representatives are here to help you understand your options and find the support you need.

If you need immediate assistance with a member rights issue and are unable to reach a WFEA representative, contact the North Dakota United (NDU) Help Center for support with employment matters, grievance handling, or information about legal assistance.
