Joining the West Fargo Education Association gives you all this and more! Members get a combined membership of our local union (WFEA) plus North Dakota United and the National Education Association.

There is a fee. This year it is $623 for the membership package. Is that a lot of money? Yes. Is it worth it? Over 640 WFPS staff members say yes. And you can choose how to pay:

- One lump sum OR divided monthly throughout the year

- Via credit card or ACH (bank account withdrawals)

ONE LAST THING: Dues do NOT go toward political action. They only go toward helping you. People have an option to donate to a PAC, but most members don’t. So, if you’re worried about politics, don’t be! These associations are here to serve YOU.

WFEA Members - Share Your Voice!Beginning with the 2023-24 school year, WFEA will utilize this form for members to share thoughts, questions, ideas, and concerns. The form answers will only be seen by members of the Executive Board. When addressing concerns with administration or the school board; personal information will not be shared unless permission is given from the member who shared the concern. If you aren't comfortable sharing your information, please reach out to an Executive Board Member directly. Please note: The WFEA Executive Board will use this form to collect data on items that are important to our members. Items will be tracked and brought through proper communication channels with building or district administration as necessary. Items and updates will be shared at our monthly RA meetings and/or building meetings as well as on the WFEA website. *Personal information will not be shared unless permission is given from the member who shared the concern.
