For the upcoming Halloween and Earth Day parties, your responsibilities may include:

• Helping plan activities and decorations that are age-appropriate, inclusive, and aligned with each holiday’s theme.

• Coordinating volunteers for activities, games, or craft stations.

• Assisting with communication to parents regarding party schedules, supplies, and contributions.

• Ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all students during the events.
