Our approved annual budget and monthly treasurer's reports are official business records reserved for our PTA members. Need to review the current budget? We are happy to share them with you! Please contact our Co-Treasurers at westridgepta.treasurer@gmail.com to request a copy, or join us at our next meeting where they are always available for review.
Please use this form for Check Requests. This can be for reimbursement or to have a check written to a vendor. Form must be completed in full and receipt or invoice must be attached. For 3rd party vendor requests, check will be provided to the requester and it will be your responsibility to get the check to the vendor.
