We need a team of enthusiastics superstarts to help us bring the magic to life! Whether you are a master organizer, a creative decorator, a games enthusiast, or just want to pitch in and make our students smile, there is a perfect spot for you on our new 4-person Carnival Committee.
Ways You Can Help:
Games and Activities Guru: Select the carnival games and coordinates with our awesome attractions vendors (face painting, barrel train, etc).
Food and Concession Role: Invite and schedule our food truck vendors and manage inventory for our concession stand.
Ticketing and Volunteers Role: Set up the online platform for our ticket presales and manage volunteer shifts.Â
Good news—you won't be starting from scratch! Because this year’s carnival was fully planned and organized, everything is already set up for you. Every role comes with an exact roadmap, step-by-step instructions, and established vendor contacts. You just have to follow the blueprint!
