Counseling and Therapy Benefit (Regence)
In order to be covered by insurance, mental health counseling must include an "illness" or "working diagnosis" by the mental health provider to justify the counseling. The providers know this and can explain further. It does not necessarily mean you are given a "lifelong diagnosis" unless that is relevant or something you are seeking. The therapies below are categories NOT COVERED by our insurance per our EOB.
Have insurance other than Regence? Look through the counselors below to see what insurances they take. If you want help muddling through the EOB of an insurance other than Regence, feel free to reach out. We're more than happy to help you figure out what you have access to.
If you DON'T have insurance, there are counselors listed below that accept out-of-pocket payments and don't require insurance.
