Submitted Work
Two projects were completed during this course work. The first is an online blog discussing the ADDIE method for instructional design. This assignment allowed me to gain experience in creating a blog for the first time, while learning about methods for instructional design. The second was a Google Classroom curriculum design and creation project. I created an online adult learning curriculum for retail customer experience development (CXD). This assignment allowed me to create content, assignments, summative, and formative tests, while incorporating existing resources for online articles, videos, and case studies.
Performance Consulting
A survey of human performance technology approaches and tools were learned to improve the performance of individuals, work groups, work processes, and organizations. I collaboratively identified organizational performance problems, suggested instructional and non-instructional interventions based upon data-driven performance analysis, and designed or evaluated programmatic solutions in cooperation with the clients throughout the entire process.
Submitted Work
I partnered with a classmate to conduct a performance consultation and analysis for The UPS Store Franchise Owner Onboarding process for in-store training and immersion. Collaboratively, we met over the semester, building upon what we had learned through our curriculum and putting into practice a detailed report discussing the performance opportunity, data collection, challenges, analysis, recommendations, and evaluation. These steps were formalized and documented. A video presentation was also submitted, discussing the performance opportunity and steps taken for completion.
