An OD analysis and recommendations for The UPS Store are explored to enhance the current expectations, implementation, and evaluation of customer experience strategies for in-store programs and processes. The plan utilizes the action research model to determine roles, start-up, assessment, action planning, and evaluation.
Cultural Issues in Organizations
Major frameworks were covered for analyzing and characterizing types and levels of culture that matter to organizations. Examples include types of national, regional, and organizational culture. Diversity and conflict resolution were also covered. Effective training designs and learning solutions were applied to learned concepts and frameworks.

An international training program was created to help American employees familiarize themselves with cultural norms, expectations, and comparative factors, thus promoting a smooth transition and adaptability for long-term residency within a specific country. The content created includes a slideshow presentation, participant handouts, promotional advertising, a training purpose and outcomes report, and instructor content modules.
