Overview At Manor Care, I led all recreational programming for a large senior population and rehabilitation patients ranging from young adults to older adults. I planned and executed daily activity events, large-scale community gatherings, and themed experiences that supported emotional well-being, social connection, and family engagement. My role combined event planning, creative design, volunteer coordination, and hands-on facilitation.

Daily Resident Events (3–5 per day)

Designed monthly activity calendars that met State requirements
Delivered consistent programming for 40+ residents

Halloween and Christmas “tour of lights” bus trips

Personally drove the bus after earning a CDL - transporting residents for various outings

Talent & Vendor Coordination

Interviewed, booked, and scheduled musicians, magicians, petting zoos, and performers
Managed contracts, schedules, and onsite logistics
Ensured entertainment matched resident interests and abilities
