Overview At Advocate Health, I planned and executed high-impact executive events across multiple hospitals and system service lines. These included multi-day offsite retreats, large-scale internal engagement sessions, and system-wide workshops designed to align leaders, physicians, and community stakeholders around shared priorities.

My Role

Venue scouting and selection for multi-day retreats
Coordinating room blocks, catering, AV, and breakout spaces
Designing event agendas, flow, and experience
Creating all event materials (agendas, boards, facilitation packets, signage)
Managing onsite logistics and transitions
Training facilitators for breakout sessions
Leading large-group facilitation and interactive components
Ensuring seamless guest experience for executives and physicians
