Sherman & Sherman's   Bar

Guests exit the elevator on the third floor to find themselves in the lobby for Sherman & Sherman’s, an early 60’s themed duelling piano bar.

In the lobby, guests can find references to the various Disney rides and movies the Sherman brothers worked on such as Journey Into Imagination Figment figurines, photos with Walt, Small World Music sheets, and many more.

Upon entering the bar, guests can find it split into two sections: a lower, more lounge-like section closer to the pianos, and an upper, more bar-like section located at the two bars and the overlook.

Guests who enter the raised section of the bar can see the two sides are nearly identical with a large bar with bar seating along the back wall. The bar is themed to the Sherman Brothers work over the years with various music notes, lyrics, and phrases etched into the bar for keen guests to notice and read. Beyond the bar, high top tables ranging from 2 seats up to 6 seat tables fill the rest of the open area.

The lower lounge area has more proper seating. Large rounded booths line the edges of the lounge while smaller lounge tables of 2 and 4 seats can be found dotted through the middle of the room set up to curve around the large stage.

On the stage itself, guests can find two baby grand pianos with a rotating crew of pianists all night ready to play.

As the night goes on, the pianists will play iconic music from the Sherman Brothers ranging from all parks and movies including Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow to Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious to Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and everything in between. But the guests don’t have to worry about only hearing Disney parks music all night! Much like Jellyrolls on the property, the duelling pianists will take requests! Guests can walk up to the stage and write a song request on a napkin and leave a tip and the pianists will play the song. If the pianists don’t know the song, or don’t get to it in time to play it during their set, the guest gets their tip back too to request a new song for the next set of pianists to play.

The big draw of Sherman & Sherman’s is the drink menu. While you can get any regular highball drink like a normal bar, the themed drinks really bring it home. All the cocktails in the bar are themed, and named after, famous and well known Sherman Brother Disney Parks Songs.

Regardless of if guests are in the bar or lounge area, the drink and food offerings will be the same. Because of the nature of a bar, the food offerings consist of more easy handheld foods with appetizers of wings, short ribs, and calamari while mains consist of burgers, sandwiches, wraps, and the like.​
