The object of this competition is to design a logo for the schools of the project titled: "We little XII century explorers... ready to map and code our territory".
The partner countries are the following: Italy, Lithuania, Poland and Croatia. Students should design a creative and innovative logo design. The logo must be recognizable, attract (magnetize) the look and promote the purpose of the project.
The logo will be displayed on our project website, press releases to the media, stickers for books, DVDs, T-shirts, posters, souvenirs and gifts, or anywhere else.
How to participate in the contest?
Stage 1.
1. The competition starts on January 15, 2019 at each partner school.
2. All pupils from each school participating in the project can participate.
3. Each participating school will choose the best three logos to enter in the contest.
4. The winning logo will be submitted by e-mail or padlet platform.
5. Each participating country will submit three logos to be chosen from.
6. The deadline for submission is midnight (one minute after 23.59) on 15 January 2019.
Stage 2
SELECT THE WINNER
2. The voting period is 5 days, from January 15 until midnight on 20 January 2019 (one minute after 23.59).
3. The winner will be a result of voting (the logo that gets most votes is the winner) .
5. The links for voting will be sent to each school of the partner country of the project.
6. The winning logo will be used for our project entitled "We little XII century explorers ... ready to map and code our territory" for the two years the program will be implemented.
Logo requirements
1.The logo must be original and must not copy other logos. It may not contain intellectual property and must not include, rely on plans or images that have already been published.
2. The logo should be universal in nature and not be promoted by any state.
3. There are no restrictions and any colors can be used. However, the logo should look good on a black or white background.
4. Techniques that can be applied: watercolors, ink, tempera, collage, decoration, computer design tools, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
5. Recommended: sizes A5 -148 x 210mm, A6-105x148, A7 74mm x 105mm, 300x300 pixels. The logo must be easy to use, handy, size to use for all purposes of the program. It should be visually appealing if used either small (eg. 2 cm x 2 cm) or large scales.
