Discern the successes and areas for greater development from the experience of Pearl's Return; a recyclable, popup event, art, and social club - reviving a lost Black gay bar from 1970s Brixton, to create a networked destination for expression, connections, and Black LGBTQ+ joy. Share with colleagues from Pride London, Croydon Pride, and UK Black Pride and engage on further development of pop-up model.
Building on experience of hosting In The Life on Lockdown online meetings – CONNECTED, is a topical, lively and positive discussion space – highlighting potential for greater engagement - work with its members to decide the future of the group
Pilot a model for sharing online courses developed by us and for us – establishing a core curriculum of knowledge for potential freelancers and participants in governance of the organisation
500 Black Queer Men access support in building active and supportive networks
A further 1,500 receive regular, targeted information and encouragement to participate when ready to do so
