We will begin recruitment as soon as we have secured enough funding to be the kind of employer that we aspire to be. We will operate with a small core team with a larger pool of freelancers, who will bring in their skills to the organisation to deliver specific projects. In this way we hope to maintain our agility and ability to pivot to capture and build on opportunities as they emerge.
