Entrances will be sent by a Google Forms that you will find embedded and linked below. Every individual person will send their own entrances. In the entrance form, you will be asked to provide your username/nickname and email, as well as the sim-game community you represent. Then you will be directed to all individual disciplines where you can add all the horses you wish to compete with. The format for that will be in the participation form, and you can find it below also.

The format to be used for each individual horse is this:
(COMMUNITY) Rider Name - <a href="https://horse's-individual-address.com">Horse's Official Name</a> - Stable Name

For example:

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• If you have a competing stallion that is available for breeding (the horse will be added to the stallion catalogue), use the following additions in your entrance for said stallions:

  • • If the stallion is available for breeding BUT contact and permission is needed first, add an asterisk (*) after the horse's name and link (and please make sure your email or other contact is easily available on the horse's/stable's website)

      • • Example: (VRL) ScrewDriver - <a href=”https://impoliteorange.altervista.org/a/silvanus.php”>Silvanus Felis</a> * - Stal Felis

    • If the stallion is available for breeding freely without need to contact first, add an asterisk with the letter F (*F) after the horse's name and link

      • • Example: (VRL) ScrewDriver - <a href=”https://impoliteorange.altervista.org/a/silvanus.php”>Silvanus Felis</a> *F - Stal Felis

• You can participate in multiple classes with a limitless number of horses, but it is desirable to keep realism in mind

• Entries that are clearly incorrect or in the wrong format will be rejected.
