Do you facilitate skillful conversations with individuals and/or small groups for the purpose of authentic life transformation? Are you hungry for a community of peers dedicated to your unleashing? Do you want to find a place where others are as intentional and passionate as you about skillfully challenging one another toward wholeness in Christ and mastery in transformational conversations?
We are a professional collective of transformational workers ~ highly-surrendered Christ followers who have both a passion for and a high degree of skill around producing authentic life transformation in the people we serve, who may or may not share our faith. We are life and leadership coaches, spiritual directors, counselors, social workers, teachers, 12-Step recovery leaders, pastors, missionaries, artists and business leaders. Whatever our context or job title, we advance God's Kingdom through the sacred work of listening, empathy, presence, powerful questions, speaking truthfully, challenging, calling forth, experiential learning and more. As we choose this work, we understand that our own way of life must be one of transformation; doing the deep work in our own heart, mind, soul and body.
"This community was the catalytic spark that ignited in me new ways of thinking and doing ministry."
~ Brian Rhen, Pastor in California
“Authentic life transformation is more than just making modifications. It involves freeing hearts and renewing minds in a way that ultimately depends upon the Holy Spirit. WayPoint has been instrumental in that process for me as we have applied our skills, called each other forth and listened to the leading of the Spirit on each other’s behalf. It’s been the voice of truth that has driven me deeper into the heart of Christ and rooted me there.
That’s the power that fuels the work that I do."
~Kristina Bailey, Certified Coach in Colorado
“Not only have my coaching skills improved, but also my leadership capacity continues to evolve as a result of the lasting and sustainable transformation that has happened by being a part of WayPoint."
~ Shannon Bruce, Certified Coach in Washington
“To be a part of WayPoint is to be seen, and to see others in a powerfully authentic way. We really, seriously love each other. It's a no holds barred, deeply caring, supportive, encouraging, authentic love. That love provides an anchor in my life through the road of trials and challenges of ministry. And it's in that loving context that my tribe challenges me to step ever deeper into the grace, love and authority that Christ offers."
~ Justin Williams, Coach in Texas
"I would have been fine if I’d never found WayPoint. Really, I would have. My life would have been calmer, safer, more predictable, more…beige. Instead, WayPoint has cultivated a pattern of courage in me that allows me to say yes to God’s adventures which are inward as much as they are outward. My story, identity and gifts are seen and championed by a tribe that remembers who I am, which is especially helpful when I forget.
Beige is not a good color on me anyway😉
~ Kathy Sandquist, HR Professional and Coach in California
