Troop 4336 is a scout-led troop. As part of the Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE), each scout will have a Scout Role to help run the troop and plan activities. This experience helps them be invested in the troop itself and to learn a variety of skills (like project management, tech skills, and team building ideas). By changing roles, they'll get to experience all the facets of running a troop, becoming leaders in the process!
They are paired with Adult Volunteers to help guide them in these roles (& do the tasks that youth aren't able to do - like make financial commitments). These roles will expand & change, as identified by the troop.
