What is the Senior Staff?
Our Senior Staff consists of the top Cadets in this program, Cadets who work extremely hard and put in their all for our batallion. Everything that we do in this program is run by these individuals. We are in charge of everything including the finances, our supply and uniforms, Social Media, Service Events, and many others.
Sergeant First Class Kawski
SFC Kawski is our single Army Instructor for the Magic Battalion. He runs the entire battalion, along with the rest of our Senior Staff.
C/LTC Isabella DeFrancesco
The Battalion Commander is the highest ranking cadet in our program. Their job is to command the Battalion, and supervise them to make sure everything is being done correctly. They also work with the Senior Staff to ensure that everything is up to date.
C/MAJ Alexa Carlantone
The Executive Officer is the Second highest ranking Cadet in our program. Their job is to make sure that the staff is running smoothly, keeping all staff members on task. They also make sure the Battalion is on task and to enforce the rules of JROTC.
C/CSM Ella Mitchell
The Command Sergeant Major is the third highest ranking cadet in our program. Their job is to ensure that our Staff is running smoothly and that our Cadets are following the rules. They also are in charge of our Color Guard team, and must know Drill. Another job for our CSM is to keep our bunker neat and tidy.
C/2LT Faith Giammateo
The Adjutant Officer manages our battalion promotions and awards, they set up promotion boards and keep track of when they are. They keep track of cadets personnel actions and records. They're also In charge of keeping attendance, and updating our rosters.
C/1LT Ethan Pagan
The Security Officer manages the battalion equipment and security, such as the rifles and flags. They're also in charge of keeping all of our rifles clean, and gets the equipment ready for our Color Guards and Drill Meets.
C/2LT Myles Williams
The Operations Officer manages the battalion trips and activities, such as parades, trips, and extracurricular events. They must maintain files from each trip. They also make the permission slips for each event/trip and needs to keep track of who's going.
C/2LT Alex Marin
The Supply Officer manages the battalion uniforms and supply. They're also in charge of keeping the S4 section in our bunker clean. They issue out uniforms to all of our Cadets, and gives them ribbons, arcs, and ranks when needed. They also get gear ready for kids night out, and other events.
C/2LT Emma Mantali
The Finance Officer manages the battalion finances. They're also in charge of making fundraisers for our battalion. They also manage all of the cadet accounts with the help of our Army Instructor.
C/2LT Abigail Feagin
The Public Affairs Officer manages the battalion social media, such as the Instagram, Facebook, and Website. They also write articles and take pictures for every event. The Public Affairs Officer also is in charge of all of the boards around the bunker, keeping them updated.
C/2LT Elizabeth DeMeo
The Community Outreach Officer manages our battalion service events and hours. They schedule all of our service events and are in charge of each event. They are also in charge of our Blood Drives, getting everything set up for our Cadets.
C/2LT Nolan Nemeth
The Alumni Outreach Officer maintains contact with Alumni, keeping an updated roster of graduated JROTC cadets who are in the military. They also reach out to Alumni to coordinate visits to speak to our younger cadets.
The Company commanders are in charge of the Dining in, Awards Night, and The Military Ball. Their job is to set these events up, and to get them running. They are also in charge of keeping all of the classes in check. They are also in charge of Cadet of the Month and having the class leaders submit their forms. They also clean the courtyard and update it.
