The Vice President acts as an aide to the President and performs duties in their absence. If the President is unable to attend a PTO meeting, the Vice President will preside over the meeting. The Vice President will attend all Executive Officers and General Membership meetings. The Vice President will assist the President by:
Giving each Chairperson a form in September that will include their job description, event dates, a list of volunteers, as well as any other phone numbers or information necessary to execute the event.
Confirming that events are running on schedule and have enough volunteers.
Recruiting new PTO members and welcoming new families to the school.
