Cuts Offered:
Due to multiple cuts coming from the same location some cuts will have to be picked out of the options listed below. All other cuts are still avaliable.
1.T-Bone Steaks or Filet Mignon and New York Strip Steaks or Grind it up into Ground Beef.
2.Sirloin Tip Steaks or Sirloin Tip Roast or Grind it up into Ground Beef.
3. Cube Steak or Round Steak or Cube and Round Steak or Bottom Round Roast or Top Round Roast or Both Top and Bottom Round Roast or Grind into Ground Beef.
Amount of Meat:
On average a 1200 lb steer will produce 220 to 240 pounds of beef in a half. It is dependent on cut selection and steer size.
Amount of Freezer Space:
Six to Ten cubic feet of freezer space will hold a half a side of beef.
