Lansing City Rescue Mission
Our church continues to serve evening meals at the City Rescue Mission of Lansing. The evening meals served are the 3rd Tuesday of each month. The first meal begins at 6:30 and a 2nd meal is served around 7:15. One does not have to serve every month but can be a “filler” depending on their availability. If interested in serving contact Nancy Stearns.
As mentioned in the July Newsletter, the City Rescue Mission of Lansing reported that they are moving in a positive direction that indicates some of their COVID precautions will no longer be necessary. With the precautions the mission was able to serve meals each day. The mission could not have met those challenges without your faithful support and compassion.
