Please join us on Thursday September 12th at 10am (PST). Featuring Billy McCarthy, Food Safety Project Manager of National Farmers Union (NFU) who will share his expertise with food safety, tools and techniques for gleaners after harvesting produce. In addition to his work in produce safety with NFU, he is a veggie grower himself, and believes that gleaning is a vital part of a resilient community and food system.
