Geology Field Trips

I collaborate with Dr. Peter Copeland (UH Geoscience) and Dr. Brad Smith (UH PHLS) to design, implement, and study geology field trips aimed at recruiting more diverse students to study geoscience, encouraging them to persist in the major (or minor), and considering graduate studies.

We are working on a third manuscript related to belonging and mentoring on the trips, as well as Type II fun.
