The Visionary Syndicate of Edinburgh has self-recognised post-nominal letters.
We want to stress that these post-nominal letters are not officially recognized or regulated by any external governing body, and should not be used to imply any kind of official recognition or qualifications. They are intended to be used within our community, and to recognize the efforts and dedication of our members.
We encourage our members to use these post-nominal letters with pride and to display them on their personal and professional platforms. We also remind our members that they should use the post-nominal letters appropriately, and in accordance with any relevant laws and regulations. We have a complaint process in place in case of misuse or abuse of the post-nominal letters.

F for Founder
A person who founded their branch syndicate by themselves
CF = Co-founder
People who founded their branch syndicate as a group
C = Chairperson
Members who have administrative powers and at least 1 Visionary Platform
EM = Early Member
Members who have at least 1 Visionary Platform, and part of the community since 'day one'
OM = Original Member
Members who use VERO before the app subscription is enabled
GM = General Member
Members who have at least 1 Visionary Platform, and part of the community
Honorary Members
Members who do not have a Visionary Platform, but part of the community
BM = Boundary Member
People who have at least 1 Visionary Platform, but not part of the community
A = Acknowledger
People who do not have a Visionary Platform and are not part of the community, but must be registered
An additional prefix is used to indicate the verifiability of the person's membership within their branch syndicate.
None for Verified Members
People who have at least 1 Visionary Platform verified by administrative members with the use of photographic evidence
U for Unverified Members
People who have at least 1 Visionary Platform, but are unverified due to lack of photographic evidence
A suffix is used to indicate the person's university / student city branch syndicate. Examples:

Between the base and branch suffix, an earlier suffix is used to indicate the person's ward (demographics branch) syndicate.
