The Visionary Syndicate of Edinburgh is founded in 8 August 2022 when its founder, Bintang Dirya, drafted a plan for what was known then as the VERO Club of the University of Edinburgh. The public announcement date was 24 October 2022 known then as the Edinburgh University VERO Syndicate. The current name, Visionary Syndicate of Edinburgh, was implemented since 31 October 2022.
