Avarie is our keeper female out of our foundation bitch, Von WestLynn’s Lasting Legacy - Pyper, and she is everything I hoped for in from this breeding, and so much more. She embodies everything I value in a German Shepherd, and she brings it together even more so than her dam, which is exactly what we strive for with each generation.

Structurally, Avarie is beautifully put together. She has a stronger, more correct eye, improved angulation, a level topline, and the stunning ear set that she inherited from her dam. She is feminine without weakness, athletic without exaggeration, and balanced in both structure and movement.

Temperamentally, she is clear-headed, confident, and naturally stable with an exceptional temperament. At home, she is affectionate and people-oriented with an amazing off switch — calm, composed, and able to settle with ease. When it’s time to work, she turns on with focus and purpose, showing strong engagement, natural athleticism, and thoughtful problem-solving ability. Her temperament is neither hectic nor soft; she is environmentally sound, socially stable, and carries herself with quiet confidence.

She has earned her CGC, CGCA, CGCU, TKN, VHMP, & VHMA, demonstrating strong temperament, trainability, and stability. In April, she will leave to begin training toward her BH, AD, WT, & IGP-1 titles. As she continues to mature both mentally and physically, I look forward to developing her to her full potential in both working ability and overall character. She shows excellent engagement, willingness to work, and the balanced temperament that is so important in a well-rounded German Shepherd. 

Avarie represents the next generation of Von WestLynn, carrying forward the legacy her dam established while setting the standard for what comes next.
