Our program is built on a foundation of health testing, ethical breeding practices, and a deep respect for the breed standard. We believe that producing quality German Shepherd Dogs begins long before a breeding ever takes place and continues for the lifetime of every dog we produce.

We carefully select breeding pairs based on health, temperament, structure, titles and working ability. Every decision is made with the long-term future of the breed in mind
not trends, shortcuts, or profit.
Our dogs are raised in our home and are exposed to children, daily life, and real-world experiences. This foundation helps create confident, adaptable dogs capable of excelling in working roles, sport, service, and active family homes.
Health & Transparency
Health and longevity are non-negotiable priorities at Von WestLynn.
All of our active breeding dogs are fully health tested through OFA, SV, or FCI, and each has a complete genetic panel. Results for all of our dogs are available on their individual pages. We share details about our dogs’ health openly. While I may not post updates immediately, I share both the highs and the lows. Breeding isn’t always cute puppies and snuggles, it can mean late nights with trembling hands and tears streaming hoping and praying for every puppy to survive. Transparency matters, and we stand behind every dog we produce with honesty, accountability, and a lifelong commitment to their well-being.
