From my very first inquiry to the day my incredible black, long-haired puppy, Marlo, arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. It's not every day you find someone who genuinely cares this much.

I was a bit of a nervous wreck. I'd never gotten a pet without picking them out in person before, so I had a ton of questions – and I mean a ton. I was probably bugging Kayla quite a bit, but her communication was consistently excellent. She'd get back to me almost immediately, answering every single one of my queries. She was so transparent throughout the entire process, which really put my mind at ease and built this amazing sense of trust. It made all the difference.

What truly set Kayla apart, though, was her approach to finding homes for her puppies. She put me through a "third-degree" interview, asking all about my lifestyle, my housing situation, and what I was really looking for in a dog. It wasn't just a casual chat; it was clear she genuinely cared about making sure her puppies went to the absolute best, most appropriate homes. This wasn't just about making a sale for her; it was about the well-being of her dogs, and that, to me, is everything.

And Marlo? Oh my goodness, Marlo! He was delivered to me in person by Kayla when he was 8 weeks old, and he was in excellent health. He's this brave, curious, intelligent little dude with a fantastic food drive and an eagerness to learn that just melts my heart. I am so completely in love with him; he's healthy, full of energy, and just a joy to have around. His wonderful temperament is such a testament to Kayla's breeding practices and all the early socialization she put in.

Kayla was also very supportive in helping me prepare for Marlo’s arrival. She gave me a comprehensive, 3-page list of "must-haves" and "nice-to-haves" for a new puppy owner. We had many calls and video calls, where she patiently guided me through preparations and answered every single follow-up question I had. She even sent Marlo home with a thoughtful starter kit, including a mom-scented blanket (which was a total lifesaver for comforting him!), a leash, puppy food, and toys, and a health guarantee. That speaks volumes about her confidence in her breeding program and her dedication to her puppies' long-term health.

I feel so lucky to have found Kayla Fisher and Vom WestLynn German Shepherds who are, in my opinion, the gold standard. They exemplify what a responsible and caring breeder should be. The quality of their dogs and their commitment to their clients are truly outstanding.
