Summer Train & Play is back! VOLO Reps Train & Play will combine skill development and group drills in a fun but challenging environment. We will be providing skill progression to ensure that all participants are given an opportunity to work on the fundamentals in volleyball.

Grade 6, 7, 8, 9 Girls & Boys

Train & Play Spring, June 24 - July 16
Monday + Tuesday each week
4:15pm - 6:00pm

Looking to get a head start on the competition and get in some skills training prior to club tryouts? Athletes can expect to receive coaching in all of the fundamental skills that club coaches are looking for in their athletes.

We  are offering 3 evening sessions for athletes looking to sharpen their skills going into the school season.

Greg Poitras will watch and assess video of an athlete's chosen skill. After analyzing the athlete's skill, Coach Greg will film a personalized video with detailed technical specific feedback. The video will be supported with a list of recommendations, drills and tips in written format for easy review and implementation.

Cost: $60 (per skill assessment video)
