Our laboratory ("Vola, vola l'ape Maia") presented at the XXI edition of the Scientific and Technological Week of the Vitruvio Scientific High School in Avezzano, was born as a response to the Orientation Teaching and saw the realization of a training need expressed by the 3S students at the beginning of the year and taken up by the entire class council.
The project, in all its phases (concept, activation, planning, implementation), saw the active collaboration of everyone, students and teachers, and was an opportunity for growth of undeniable validity.
Each student contributed to obtaining a final product that, hopefully, will find favor with those who will visit our laboratory at the High School (6-7-8 March 2025) and/or those who want to "browse" these pages.
Our project is intended for a wide audience, ranging from children of kindergarten to adults; It certainly does not claim to be exhaustive, but at least it aims to arouse the curiosity of those who want to dedicate some time to the fantastic world of bees, so useful for our survival!
Through this workshop we were able to better understand the importance of bees for our environment, analyzing their biology and their contribution to the ecosystem. The experience allowed us to approach scientific research in a practical and interactive way, strengthening awareness of the need to protect these precious insects.
