Voice It In Action provides structured, ethical, and accountable support services to individuals, families, and communities affected by violence. Our services focus on support, coordination, advocacy, and awareness, while working alongside formal authorities and systems.
All services are rendered in a manner that protects victims, ensures accountability, and safeguards the organisation.
Why this is required:
Ensures victim protection and access to state support mechanisms
Enables accountability and transparency
Prevents misinformation, defamation, and organisational risk
Allows responsible engagement with authorities
Cases based on allegations alone cannot be supported.
Voice It In Action applies standardised service fees on a cost-recovery basis to support sustainability, responsible service delivery, operational coordination, and service quality.
Effective 18 May 2026, Voice It In Action has implemented an updated service fee structure due to increasing operational, transport, communication, administrative, and general cost-of-living expenses. These updates include adjustments to existing services, the introduction of new services, and the separation of certain service categories to improve support delivery, coordination, and long-term sustainability.
These updates are implemented in line with Voice It In Action’s internal policies and service terms, which provide that service fees and operational costs may be reviewed and updated from time to time, subject to appropriate communication to clients and stakeholders.
