Any child, parent, teacher, or family within the Grandview School District.
Click on the school level that your student attends to meet Cornerstones staff!
Contact your child's school counselor or:
Middle School contact Ginger Wilson 816-541-6452 Ginger.wilson@cornerstonesofcare.org.
Elementary School contact Jasmine Jones: 816-516-2411 jasmine.jones@cornerstonesofcare.org
After you reach out to the school counselor, they will send your referral to a Cornerstones staff. A staff member will contact you for a screening. If its decided that services would be beneficial, then you will begin services with either the school based therapist or the Family Resiliency Navigator. All services are currently being provided via Zoom.
Meetings will range from 20-45 mins depending on your needs. Most appointments will take place during the school day, but our support staff will work with you to find a time that works for you.
