Chattichor is a traditional Kerala meal served in a clay pot. The bottom part of the clay pot has a layer of gravy mixed with rice. 

 Thali is also used to refer to an Indian-style meal made up of a selection of various dishes that are served on a platter. 

The biriyani includes meat (chicken, mutton, or beef), a mixture of whole spices, mint leaves, coriander leaves, fried onions, and yogurt. 

Typically served with raita and pickle.

A lovely, flavorsome chicken curry dish from Tamil Nadu in South India. Chettinad Chicken is made by toasting a number of spices with coconut and producing an aromatic masala that has a slight anise scent.
