A chocolate brownie, or simply a brownie, is a chocolate-baked confection. Brownies come in a variety of forms and may be either fudgy or cakey, depending on their density. Brownies often, but not always, have a glossy "skin" on their upper crust.

A caramel pudding, in British cuisine, is an egg-based dish with an open, rimmed pastry or sponge base containing a sweet or savory filling.

A chocolate truffle is a type of chocolate confectionery, traditionally made with a chocolate ganache centre coated in chocolate, cocoa powder, coconut, or chopped and toasted nuts, usually in a spherical, conical, or curved shape

Fresh raspberries are puréed and sieved to remove any seeds, then mixed with sugar. The purée is dropped onto the cream cheese filling and swirled using a toothpick or wooden skewer. 

In ancient times, the Greeks cooked flat cakes, called obelios, between hot metal plates. Later termed "waffles," these are filled with blueberry puree and cream cheese, and maple syrup is poured all over them. the tamed sweetness is liked by many.
