Have you read any stories with similar characters? Which one(s)?
What do you think that happens in the stories?
Reading: “The Three Little Wolves and the Big Bad Pig” by Eugene Trivizas
Post-reading: discussion questions:
Why do you think the big bad pig wanted to destroy the wolves’ houses?
Do you think the big bad pig changed at the end of the story? Why (not)?
Why is the pig called “bad”?
Let’s read the second story and compare!
Reading: “The True Story of the Three Little Pigs” by Jon Scieszka

What is the importance of perspective? How does it influence our lives?
How does perspective affect Wolf’s story? Why?
Final task:
In groups, write an alternative ending using StoryboardThat.
Students can work first on a draft of the storyboard and then use the multimedia tool to add characters, setting, among others.
