Professional  Goals After Undergrad

Once I graduate with my undergraduate degree, I plan to attend the Leading Age conference to learn more about chronic long-term care facilities and ways to retain employee engagement and staff. I did an informal interview with Katie Hougham, Senior Vice President of PACE. After attending both events, I have learned what I plan to do after school: complete an Administrator in Training program and get work experience in a supervisor role or operations manager. Once that is completed, I would like to complete my masters in Public Health Policies and Law. With that degree, I hope to run my chronic long-term care facility and impact senior care.
