Other Work Experience

I have worked at Dick's Sporting Goods as an associate since 2014. I have loved to work with this company because of the huge emphasis they place on youth being active. I have gained experience in all departments of the store including team sports, fitness, footwear, the hunting lodge, golf, and apparel. Working in the store has exposed me to different people and different activities that have sparked an interest in my personal and professional life. In the store, I am able to assist store management with store operations and assist customers in the sales process. I also interact with customers to problem solve issues and ensure that they receive outstanding customer service. Working in this setting has shown me how trusting people are when then value my opinions and knowledge, because they know I have the expertise in this field.
