Where are the lockers?
In F09 changing rooms, lockers are available for active VIC staff members.
Current status:
140 lockers in the ladies room (23 persons on waiting list as of 5 June 2025).
113 lockers on the gents side (35 persons on waiting list as of 23 April 2025).
(Ladies changing rooms have a bit more space compared to gents rooms).
The lockers are used for sport gears and personal belongings, when staff are using the VIC facilities (Gym, clubs activities, etc.)
How is it working?
It is free of charge to have a locker.
The lockers are assigned to active VIC staff member who are using the gym / changing room at least twice a week.
They get a padlock or they can use their own, to lock it.
When a staff member is separating/retiring, they are required to give back their locker by informing the Points of Contact.
It is forbidden to pass your locker to a friend or colleague.
There is a regular check to the users, by email, to ensure they are still active members.
How to get one?
There is a long waiting list (30+) and it can take several months to get one. Please be patient.
Only active VIC staff members can have a locker. It is not possible for retirees, family members or Permanent Missions, as we don't have enough lockers for the active staff.
Please send an email to contact@vicrec.com if you would like to be on waiting list.
Daily lockers?
There are also 17 lockers for daily use, located in front of the ladies changing room. They have transparent door and a keypad lock, just like in the Commissary.
They are available to all users, for daily use only.
To ensure these lockers remain available for their intended purpose, users are kindly requested to remove their belongings from the locker, at the end of the day after their activities.
