The VIC Recreation Committee (VICREC) was established under the auspices of the VIC Staff Committee, which comprised the Chairpersons of the various VIC staff Councils/Associations/Unions, to advise on all matters dealing with Clubs and Recreational Activities in the VIC. The purpose of the Committee is to determine, clarify and co-ordinate policy among the Vienna Based Organizations (VBOs) in the area of staff activities and recreation.

All lockers will have to have been emptied by their users by Friday 19 December 2025 4F09 Lockers pm.
Between 20 December 2025- 2 January 2026 period, the changing room will not be accessible to users to support the cleaning of the changing rooms and the lockers (insides).
All yoga mats, like any other belonging left unattended* left above, under the lockers/ benches… will have to be removed before 19 December 2025, or will be disposed of by BMS.
Un-emptied lockers will be emptied by BMS, and reallocated by the VICREC Lockers Managers to another person from the lockers waiting list as of January 2025.

*Since September 2023, Gym changing room cleaning enforce unattended items removal to enable thorough cleaning: this applies to unattended items be left outside lockers after working hours and during the week ends.

We would like to thank BMS for their supprt in the set up and removal of the stands for all the Clubs who were able to attend! almost 30 out of 57 were represented!
We also thank the IAEA staff coucnil for letting us advertise it at the bottom of the A tower!
