Shop around and compare prices. You can use websites like Amazon to find deals on craft supplies and materials. You can also check out online-only stores like Oriental Trading, or Fabric.com for discounts and clearance items.

Use coupons and sales. You can sign up for newsletters or follow social media accounts of your favorite craft stores to get notified of coupons and sales.
