After initial research, we will likely work with IdeaBox to develop our homes with their designed pre-fab houses (however we are keeping our options open). Some of the benefits of working with IdeaBox:

We have selected four base designs for our cohousing community: C3 (3 bed/2 bath), Fuse 3 (3 bed/2 bath), Confluence (2 bed/2 bath) and Haven (1 bed/1 bath).
