Elli (she/her) is a community-builder, a holder-of-intentional space, a racial equity advocate, and a conflict transformation practitioner with deeply rooted social justice values. She loves authentic heart-connected conversations (especially over a cup of tea), community potlucks, and outdoor adventures. She dreams of raising Kazu within the arms of a beloved multi-generational community and believes deeply in the saying it takes a village to raise a child.
Steve (he/him) is currently focused on being the best dad that he can be, making social impact at scale, learning from his mistakes, and improving his three-point shot. He is excited to live in a community full of spontaneous play, board game nights, and conversations about how to leave this world better than we found it.
Kazu (he/him) is 5 years old, loves jumping on the trampoline, splashing in water, scavenger hunts, and adventures in nature.
Tomi (she/her) enjoys working on projects - from building the cohousing community, to working with a local group to improve government accountability. She is learning more about living on Huchiun (Chochenyo-speaking) Ohlone land in the San Francisco Bay watershed and what reparations should involve. Tomi loves spending time with her grandkids, writing, being in Nature and learning from wise friends.
Toni (she/her) is an avid learner who theorizes that the combination of somatic wisdom and telling ourselves good stories can do much to change our world. She works with clients exploring healing practices centered on this theory, and her passions include dreamwork, writing, science fiction, and human development. She is a friend to her cat, Ife, several plants, trees, and assorted humans. Her ancestors include root women and social activists.
The Vibrant Grove community vision of equity, shared stories, play, work, and loving care is the alignment of her sweetest dreams.
